The plant is damaged during transit.
The wrong plant/product was delivered.
Non-Returnable Items: Healthy plants without damage or incorrect delivery cannot be returned.
Replacement & Refund Process
Replacement First: If eligible for return, we will first attempt to replace the product with a fresh and correct one.
Refund Policy: If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
