Return Policy

  • Return Window: Customers can request a return within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted only if:

    • The plant is damaged during transit.

    • The wrong plant/product was delivered.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Healthy plants without damage or incorrect delivery cannot be returned.

Replacement & Refund Process

  • Replacement First: If eligible for return, we will first attempt to replace the product with a fresh and correct one.

  • Refund Policy: If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after approval.
